Staverton

Staverton is a large detached house set in its own extensive grounds, situated in a pleasant residential area close to Wokingham town centre. Wokingham railway station is within easy walking distance, giving access to Reading and Waterloo, and the link road to the M4 is five minutes drive away. The house provides spacious accommodation on three floors. The grounds extend to approximately one acre and include an extensive south-facing rear garden with raised patio.

All bedrooms are single and privacy is ensured with an appropriate lock fitted. The bedrooms have all been personalised by the people who live at Staverton, and most have their own television, stereo and so on. All residents have the opportunity to furnish and arrange their room in any way they choose.



The kitchen at Staverton

The communal areas consist of a large kitchen and two dining areas, and there are two comfortable lounges. One lounge is reserved for quiet pursuits such as painting, craftwork and reading, while the larger lounge gives ample space to enjoy videos, music or social gatherings. The whole house is decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard and provides a warm, caring, comfortable and homely environment.

Ashton

Ashton is a pleasant semi-detached house in a quiet residential area on the other side of Wokingham. It is agreeably decorated and furnished, and provides a comfortable home for three people.
Ashton lies within easy walking distance of the town centre amenities which are used regularly by residents.
